About the department


The Client Service and Business Management team supports institutional and retail sales across the Italian market, ensuring high-quality client servicing and commercial execution. The team works closely with sales, product, and leadership stakeholders, combining client interaction with analytical and strategic initiatives. Joining this team offers exposure to asset management, meaningful client relationships, and opportunities to contribute to business growth in a collaborative, international environment.


How you will add value

  • Act as key contact for internal and external client inquiries, managing requests independently and escalating where necessary.

  • Support onboarding, servicing, maintenance, and offboarding across client lifecycles.

  • Manage documentation and update Client Relationship Management (CRM) systems.

  • Support Request for Proposal (RFP) and due-diligence processes.

  • Maintain and update reporting, dashboards, and documentation to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

  • Create high-quality materials (reports, presentations, briefing documents) for client meetings and business development activities.

  • Analyse products and performance to support client discussions.

  • Identify service improvement opportunities within complex client relationships.

  • Contribute to sales initiatives, strategic projects, and service improvements.

  • Review and manage translations of relevant leadership or product content when needed.


What will you help you be successful in this role


Experience

  • At least two years’ experience in asset management or client services.

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.

Technical Skills

  • Strong understanding of financial services and investment processes.

  • Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.

Soft Skills

  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication in English.

  • Ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Sound judgment and confidence working independently and with teams.


Work schedule & Location

  • Hybrid working model based in Milan, with a minimum of four days in the office per week.
