岗位描述（Job Description）
自动驾驶与工程机械辅助驾驶团队正在招聘一名定位传感器工程师，负责矿卡及工程机械辅助驾驶系统中定位与组合导航相关传感器的选型、验证、集成及质量问题解决。
该岗位聚焦于 GPS / GNSS、RTK、IMU 以及 GNSS/INS 组合导航系统，支持车辆定位、姿态估计及运动状态感知，在复杂、恶劣工况下保障系统稳定性与可靠性。
岗位职责（Responsibilities）
负责定位与组合导航传感器的技术选型与评估，包括但不限于：
制定并执行定位传感器的验证与确认（V&V）方案，覆盖：
支持定位传感器在整车及系统中的集成与应用，包括接口、电气、安装及系统联调 针对定位性能异常或质量问题，开展问题分析、根因定位与整改闭环 负责与定位传感器供应商的技术对接，包括：
支持矿卡及工程机械的外场/实车测试，并进行数据分析与性能评估 输出并维护相关技术文档、规格说明和验证报告 指导和支持技术员或初级工程师开展定位传感器相关测试与验证工作
