Job Description:

Role: Offering Development Lead – Application Management (Custom Apps)

Description: Define, develop, and execute next generation AI / Gen AI infused custom application management offering strategy, roadmap, and solutions for clients.

Research of current and new technologies to initiate/develop and/or to revise improve existing custom application management offering, leveraging the company's industry expertise and delivery capabilities.

Essential Job Functions / responsibilities:

Creates the strategic plan, vision, and roadmap to develop industry leading “Offering” for custom application management. Defines offering value proposition and conveys clear market differentiation. Applies deep and broad knowledge, understanding of industry and technology advances to develop AI / Gen AI infused custom application management offerings.

Defines and launches new AI infused offering assets/products and refresh/improve existing offering assets to take advantage of company's expertise and delivery capabilities. Collaborates and works closely with product development team on the development and implementation of the offering roadmap and develop plans that drives product/asset adoption.

Identifies and resolves issues that may impair the team's ability to build and deliver the offering roadmap.

Collaborates with internal stakeholders – industry/market leaders and other senior leadership to articulate the offering vision, roadmap and assets setting the course for continued development and growth.

Responsible for market research, trends, and competitive analysis. Responsible for offering positioning with analysts and third-party advisors.

Responsible for creation of offering value proposition and sales collateral. Responsible for sales, delivery, and SME enablement.

Engage on key new or existing opportunities. Develops strategic business relationships with key client decision makers.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s / Master's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field preferred

Bachelor’s / Master's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Fifteen or more years of experience with technical product design, configuration, integration, and/or delivering Custom & COTS applications – application support, development, modernization and testing to customers.

Deep and broad expertise in Application management, automation/observability, and AI/Gen AI solutions.

Ten or more years in a supervisory or management capacity

Experience with the product development life cycle at all levels of complexity

Experience working with client enterprise products, services, and strategies, technical products, vendors, families of technologies and product configurations.

Experience working with technology architecture, mainframes, scheduling software and other related technologies.

Experience working with business environment, business industry and competitor products and services.

Ability to adapt to changing environments and/or situations, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and to switch between tasks quickly.

Ability to anticipate problems, handle and resolve ambiguity and take decisive action with regard to the impact on both the client and the company.

Ability to present ideas, goals, problems, outcomes, and processes to be understood by a diverse audience.

Travel Requirements: 30-40%

Work Environment: Office / Virtual. May require evening or weekend work.
