一、岗位基本信息

岗位名称： 基建工程师

所属部门： 设备设施及维护部

汇报关系： 直接上级岗位：工程主管          直接下级岗位： 无

二、任职资格

教育程度： 大学本科及以上学历，大学英语四级或以上，基建工程等相关专业

工作经验：  3年以上基建工程专业经验

专业技能要求： 掌握并熟练运用基建工程施工、预算知识，熟悉运用Office、Project办公软件，AutoCAD制图软件，以及工程造价软件

能力要求：  

1）认真贯彻执行国家及行业管理部门有关安全生产、劳动保护、环境保护法规和政策。

2）负责参与公司“四新”项目的环保、职业健康安全 “三同时”评审。

3）负责工艺改进、新品开发、替代材料的环境影响、健康安全的分析、评审。

4）主动发现各类环境安全事故隐患并积极报告整改

5）积极参加各项环境安全培训和活动，提出合理化建议

四、主要岗位职责

． 制度与规划

• 参与编制公司基建设施年度业务计划

2．  基础设施的建设（新建、扩建、改建）和管理

• 1）对项目进行技术、费用分析
• 2）推荐潜在供应商，签定技术协议，配合采购招标
• 3）负责项目实施，做好质量、进度、投资、安全、环境等检查和控制

• 4）做好相关记录
• 5）建立工程台帐及资料归档

3． 工程维护

• 1）受理基建工程维修申请，制定实施方案、费用测算、施工管理、组织验收

4．遵守与执行体系要求

• 1）遵循国家和政府有关劳动、环境保护、职业健康安全等方面的法律法规及其他要求
• 2）负责本业务范围的质量、环境、职业健康安全管理工作

5．领导交办的其他业务
