We are seeking a strong Account Executive Sales Rep to join our team! You will establish a strong customer base for Juni within our Swedish market. Working closely with key stakeholders across the company, you will be responsible for establishing a strong sales pipeline through multi-threaded outbound tactics. This is a full-lifecycle prospecting-heavy, hands-on position in a company expecting to go through fast growth in a fast-growing market.
In this role you’ll:
Establish a new client base for Juni, building your sales pipeline through cold outbound prospecting.
Work closely with our sales team lead and peers and other key stakeholders to build the sales funnel.
Proactively develop and create leads by leveraging personal and professional networks, as well as our tools for data and insights.
Present the Juni product and technology to potential clients.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Proactively identify sales pipeline risks and develop mitigation plans.
Serve as a voice of the customer of all challenges/opportunities that exist within their areas.
Ensure compliance in our sales process.
Within 2 months you'll:
Complete Juni’s intensive 8 week onboarding and training program.
Learn how to sell to finance teams and leaders (CFO).
Understand how Juni’s product works, get integrated with your team and hit the ground running when it comes to your role.
Within 3 months you'll:
Sourcing pipeline within our ICP
Building and scaling email sequences based on your team’s best practice.
Getting the best deals in the pipeline by hunting and qualifying prospects.
Other crew members say they’re learning a lot and are more productive because of you, you're firing on all cylinders and identifying ways we can improve processes!
You have helped us go to market much quicker - our velocity has increased significantly.
Within 5 months you'll:
Have closed won your first 20 customers.
You'll identify new tools / methods / sales processes that work best.
You'll be charging up for a great end of the year pipeline and exceeding your targets.
You’ll continuously achieve and overachieve against your quota.
What we need to see:
1+ years of experience as an outbound focused full lifecycle BDR, AE or similar
Comfortable selling to SME-mid-market sied customers
Strong & creative negotiation skills
Critical thinker and extremely data-driven
Excellent communication skills in native Swedish and, of course, English
What we’d love to see:
Experience with B2B sales tech stack; Hubspot, LI Sales Nav, Cognism
Experience with SaaS or B2B fintech (Banking, spend management, treasury or financing)
