We help organisations and communities come together and stay connected through our online giving technology, donor management software, and suite of mobile apps. Our teams of Software Engineers, SREs, QAs, UX, and Product Managers work closely together to deliver value to our customers as a leading provider of technology solutions to churches, schools, and non-profit organisations.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Architect & Scale – Design and optimize a cloud-native, microservices-based architecture that processes millions of real-time transactions per day.
• Define Strategy – Own and execute a long-term technology roadmap, balancing scalability, performance, and product innovation.
• Solve Deep Tech Problems – Improve database scalability, distributed caching, event-driven workflows, and latency optimization for a high-performance platform.
• Drive Best Practices – Champion code quality, security, and performance, ensuring our platform remains resilient, secure, and scalable.
• Guide & Influence – Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to shape our engineering strategy, support professional growth, and foster a culture of technical excellence.

What You’ll Bring

• Extensive experience (typically 10+ years) building high-scale distributed systems, microservices, or cloud-native applications.
• Proven expertise in C#, .NET Core, NodeJS, AWS, and event-driven architectures.
• Front-end experience with React, TypeScript, JavaScript (bonus: UI/UX sensibility).
• Deep understanding of performance tuning, scalability, and security in modern web applications.
• A track record of making thoughtful, strategic technical decisions, simplifying complexity, and delivering impactful solutions.
• A reputation for mentoring, coaching, and inspiring teams.
• Exceptional communication skills—you can explain deep tech to execs and turn business goals into scalable solutions.
