Job Description:

The CMG Office Supervisor is accountable and responsible for leading and managing the day to day operations of an ambulatory CoxHealth clinic. The supervisor of a CMG ambulatory clinic works to ensure the overall job performance of the team and coordinates all job related activities to ensure the success of each team member.  The role will be instrumental in implementing the CoxHealth mission, policy and procedures, system and departmental goals, clinic budget and regulatory standards.  This position is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with patients, providers, leadership, staff, public and external agencies.   Education: • Required: High School diploma or Equivalent • Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree Experience: • Required:  2 years related experience • Preferred:  2 year supervisory or training experience • Preferred: 2 year ambulatory clinic leadership experience Skills: • Ability to perform effectively in leadership role • Ability to hire, train and evaluate staffing performance and needs • Strong analytical and problem solving skills • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills • Strong knowledge of clinic operations and CPT/ICD coding • Excellent customer service skills • Proficient in computer skills Licensure/Certification/Registration: • N/A
