Vaccines Government Affairs Manager

En esta posición tendrás el objetivo de definir e implementar la estrategia de relacionamiento con stakeholders clave, en la Administración Pública (gobierno nacional y gobiernos locales, Congreso), así como en embajadas y gremios, entre otros, para el portafolio de vacunas estratégicas de GSK Colombia. 

Tus responsabilidades:

Esta posición te da la oportunidad de liderar actividades clave para progresar TU carrera, las principales son:

• Elaborar y mantener actualizado un mapa de stakeholders (tomadores de decisión, líderes de opinión, recomendadores, entre otros) en áreas que impacten el portafolio de vacunas de GSK, y establecer la estrategia de relacionamiento con estos.
• Dar soporte a las estrategias y actividades del área de Acceso, tanto a nivel central como en regiones para generar y establecer relaciones de largo plazo con autoridades y líderes de opinión, basadas en la confianza.
• Dar soporte al Brand Team de vacunas en lo que respecta a asuntos de gobierno, con el fin de alcanzar los objetivos del negocio.
• Monitorear las políticas públicas relacionadas con vacunas (normas, guías, documentos.) con el fin de identificar riesgos y oportunidades para el portafolio de vacunas, y establecer los planes de acción sobre éstas, en coordinación con las áreas relevantes.
• Coordinar e implementar la estrategia de relacionamiento con actores como gremios y cámaras de comercio, así como con embajadas y delegaciones de otros países, cuando este relacionamiento tenga un impacto en el área de vacunas.

Para alcanzar nuestras metas estamos buscando perfiles con las siguientes características:

• Preferentemente profesionales graduados de carreras universitarias como con formación en Salud Pública, Política Públicas, Gobierno o similares.
• Experiencia en posiciones similares
• Conocimientos de Salud Pública, preferentemente en el mercado de vacunas

Se valorarán personas con autonomia, gran capacidad de influencia, capacidad de análisis y marcada orientación a resultados.
