Job Summary
The SRE - Cloud Platform - APIM will be responsible for the reliability, scalability, and automation and API Strategies of the Gen AI Platform. the role will work across AWS, Azure, and GCP to ensure seamless deployment, operation, and monitoring of the platform focus on API Management
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient and reliable deployment of the Gen AI Platform.
Implement and manage infrastructure as code for reproducibility and scalability across cloud environments.
Ensure platform reliability and uptime through proactive site reliability engineering practices.
Architect cloud solutions and manage APIs to meet both technical and business needs.
Monitor cloud resources, applications, and API performance, responding to incidents and ensuring optimal performance.
Define and implement API strategies, including API design, deployment, and lifecycle management.
Collaborate with development teams to integrate APIs with the Gen AI Platform and external services.
Stay current with the latest cloud and API management technologies and best practices.
Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in software development, information technology, engineering environment, or a related field.
Preferred Experience
Prior experience in supporting AI or machine learning platforms.
Certifications in AWS, Azure, GCP, and API management tools.
Experience with monitoring, logging, and API management tools like Grafana, Kibana, Splunk, Apigee, or Azure API Management.
Background in software development, system administration, or API development.
Qualification
Proficiency in cloud services across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
Strong experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
Expertise in CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes.
Familiarity with programming languages for automation, such as C# or Python.
Understanding of network and security and API Management principles in a cloud environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
