About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Commercial Coordinator to join our Account Management Team. This is a full-time role based in Karachi, supporting the UAE based Account management team in the Food Vertical. This role will be pivotal in supporting our commercial operations, ensuring smooth execution of partner relationships, and enabling growth across multiple portfolio accounts. The successful candidate will act as the backbone of the team, providing coordination, reporting, and cross-functional support to drive efficiency and excellence in delivery.

What you'll do

  • Account & Partner Support
    • Assist the Account Managers in day-to-day partner management.
    • Coordinate onboarding and operational processes for new enterprise partners.
    • Support in maintaining up-to-date partner records, contracts, and commercial terms.
    • Ensuring partners are equipped with login credentials and internally raising requests for tablet changes/new tablet requests, ads requests and configurations, sending onboarding documents to the catalog teams to ensure outlets are live on time without default.
    • Ensuring campaign activation and deactivation on time.

  • Commercial Operations
    • Track, monitor, and report on deals, campaigns, and performance KPIs.
    • Coordinate and raise promotional campaigns and initiatives, ensuring their participation.
    • Ensuring the correct discounts/value are being portrayed on the app and flagging/ rectifying accordingly.
    • Ensure timely follow-up on action items and deliverables with stakeholders.
    • Escalate technical or operational LIVE issues to relevant teams for resolution and following up with them for resolution.

  • Cross-Functional Coordination
    • Liaise with internal teams (Operations, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Product) to support Account Management initiatives.
    • Act as the first point of contact for resolving operational or administrative issues.
    • Coordinate partner-related campaigns, ensuring alignment across teams and on-time execution.

  • Process & Efficiency
    • Assist in streamlining commercial workflows and implementing best practices.
    • Identify opportunities for improving documentation, reporting, and partner communication.
    • Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.

What you'll need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in commercial coordination, account management support, or operations (preferably in tech, FMCG, or e-commerce).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
