Job Description:

Principal Accountabilities

• Assist the team where necessary in finding and resolving discrepancies, if any, in the reports.
• Addresses any data error or issue raised by the managers and directors in the least possible time.
• Performs support functions to provide the highest level of service and customer satisfaction while maintaining efficiencies in operational processes and procedures.
• Maintain operational processes to ensure an efficient and productive workflow.
• Identify opportunities for improvement.
