Summary of Job Duties:

The Instructor will support and deliver teaching and learning activities for PHTH 72533 – Neuromuscular Disorders. This position is responsible for the preparation and presentation of course content across both online and in-person formats. Duties include presenting lectures, coordinating and leading lab sessions, and preparing and administering tests, assignments, and practical examinations. The Instructor will work closely with program leadership and faculty to ensure high-quality instruction and student success.


Qualifications:

  • Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT)

  • Strong communication, organizational, and instructional support skills

  • Experience in teaching or assisting in academic or clinical settings preferredts, assignments and practical exams.


Additional Information:

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, present, and facilitate online and in-class lectures for PHTH 72533 – Neuromuscular Disorders

  • Lead and supervise laboratory sessions, ensuring effective delivery of course material and hands-on learning activities

  • Develop, administer, and grade exams, assignments, and practical evaluations

  • Provide feedback and academic support to students, including exam reviews and individual consultation as needed

  • Ensure course materials align with program objectives and accreditation standards

  • Collaborate with faculty and program leadership on curriculum development and course improvement

  • Participate in departmental meetings, faculty calibration, and professional development activities

  • Perform other teaching or program-related duties as assigned
