Iron Mountain are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Specialist/Driver to join our logistics team. In this role, you will operate light transport vehicles (such as passenger vans and light trucks) that can be driven with a standard driver's license. You will be the face of Iron Mountain, safely delivering crucial supplies, products, and equipment between our facilities and customer sites according to a designated schedule.
What You’ll Do
In this role you will:
Safe Vehicle Operation: Confidently operate light transport vehicles, adhering to all local traffic laws and Iron Mountain safety standards.
Timely Deliveries: Complete scheduled routes efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless operations.
Load Management: Assist with loading and unloading items, ensuring all cargo is secure and accounted for prior to transit.
Vehicle Care: Prepare, inspect, clean, and maintain your vehicle daily to ensure it is always ready for delivery duties.
What You’ll Bring

This position requires practical skills developed through formal training or previous work experience in driving or logistics. You will work within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision, making it a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a structured, team-supported environment.
License: Must possess a valid, clean standard driver's license.
Experience: Previous delivery, courier, or light truck driving experience is highly preferred.
Skills: Strong time-management skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and customer service.
