Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the implementation and maintenance of SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool, ensuring data quality and integrity. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of IT production systems and services, managing risk and ensuring client satisfaction. - Provide operational support, ensuring production systems and devices are online and available, and troubleshooting any issues that arise. - Develop and maintain IT service management processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in IT service management, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage.
