What will you be doing?

You will become the point of connection between global compliance standards and local business reality. Each day you will partner with leaders across UKINOR, FraBene and Canada to guide how compliance and privacy frameworks are embedded into their work. You will support teams in understanding risks, shaping mitigation plans and ensuring that we meet the highest standards of transparency and governance. From leading Compliance Committees to supporting investigations, you will help the organisation achieving the RISE Strategy with clarity and confidence, creating a culture where doing the right thing comes naturally.

What will you need to be successful?

Success in this role means becoming a trusted advisor who can translate complex compliance expectations into clear, practical guidance that empowers teams. You will thrive by bringing structure, consistency and insight to our compliance activities while building strong and respectful relationships across regions.

To be successful you will need

• Extensive experience implementing and managing compliance programmes in the healthcare, medical device or pharmaceutical sector
• The ability to collaborate confidently with leaders and cross functional teams across multiple regions
• Strong communication skills in English and French with the ability to guide teams and train others
• A proactive mindset with the judgement to identify risks early and support effective solutions
