About the Team and Opportunity
The Digital Wealth Team designs, builds, and maintains systems that power our asset management product. In addition to building client-facing applications that manage onboarding and ongoing client interactions, we also power algorithms and trading systems that manage investments, as well as build tools for financial advisors to serve clients effectively.
As a Software Engineer (Backend) at SigFig, you will play a crucial role in architecting and developing the robust backend infrastructure that powers our cutting-edge financial technology solutions. Drawing upon your strong expertise in backend development technologies, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable, high-performance software solutions. From optimizing data processing algorithms to integrating with external APIs, you will tackle complex technical challenges and contribute to the core functionality of our investment platform. Your attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and commitment to quality will be essential as you work through the entire software development lifecycle, from ideation and planning to deployment and maintenance.
