NECOA, by COWAY and 2020 Companies have partnered to hire an experienced Mobile Event Manager!
The NECOA mobile event vehicle is an interactive space designed to treat event-goers to an immersive experience with NECOA’s water purification products and services. Using the NECOA branded demo vehicle, we want customers to learn by experiencing NECOA products first-hand while receiving world-class service and sales experience.
As the Mobile Events Manager, you will build the best direct-to-consumer retail experience. You are empathetic and composed, setting the pace and energy for all customers. You have an entrepreneurial spirit and treat each customer like they are your last. You will also be accountable for purchase transactions, customer installation scheduling, and POS register processes and procedures. In addition, the Mobile Event Manager will be accountable for the sales team’s overall performance.

Job Description:
Travel to various mobile event locations to advocate NECOA home water purification solutions
Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis
Operate the branded vehicle and properly deliver it to events and overnight storage facility
Maintain professional interaction with both customers and fellow employees
Courteously welcome customers and offer assistance
Direct customers by escorting them to displays; assess needs and suggests products to fit those needs
Advise customers by providing information on products and services
Help customers make selections by building customer confidence
Accurately document and report sales and sales leads
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Ensure branded vehicle is clean, well-organized, functional and presentable at all times
Responsible for submitting all paperwork and mileage tracking completely and accurately
Performance Measurements:
Regular and prompt event attendance
Meet established monthly/weekly sales quota/goals
Customer/client satisfaction based on rejection percentage and substantiated complaints
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience
Demonstrated knowledge of products and services
Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment
Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
Ability to maintain customer confidentiality
