We are hiring a Dealer Support Representative – International to join our Dealer Support Team!

Are you passionate about building strong business relationships and managing complex international accounts? As a Dealer Support Representative – International, you will serve as the primary account manager for a portfolio of international dealers, managing the complete order lifecycle from order placement through production, payment, and export shipment. In this role, you will support a book of business exceeding $20 million annually. You will help ensure order accuracy, compliance with pricing programs and promotions, and adherence to export regulations and international shipping requirements.

You will work cross-functionally with Logistics, Freight Forwarders, Production, Finance, and Sales teams to coordinate shipments and deliver a seamless dealer experience while supporting global growth. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, adaptability in a constantly changing environment, and the ability to think critically and work independently while managing multiple priorities.

  • Do you enjoy building strong, long-term business relationships? Serve as the primary account manager for a portfolio of international dealers, acting as their main point of contact and trusted partner while driving customer satisfaction and supporting continued business growth.
  • Do you thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment? Manage the full order lifecycle from order entry and pricing validation to production coordination and shipment planning, while adapting to shifting priorities and maintaining accuracy across multiple active accounts.
  • Are you highly detail-oriented when it comes to complex requirements? Audit sales orders, validate promotional pricing, verify container utilization, and ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and country-specific documentation requirements.
  • Do you bring hands-on experience with international shipping and customs processes? Coordinate export shipments end to end, including preparing documentation, partnering with freight forwarders, and navigating customs requirements and shipment clearance processes to ensure timely and compliant delivery.
  • Are you a critical thinker who can solve problems independently? Proactively identify and resolve order, shipping, and logistics challenges by collaborating with internal teams and external partners, while working independently to keep business moving forward.
  • Are you customer-focused with strong communication skills? Communicate clearly and effectively with both internal stakeholders and international partners, including Spanish-speaking contacts during shipment clearance, while managing sensitive discussions such as payment requirements and ensuring a high level of service.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of account management experience or equivalent experience, preferably exceeding $20 million in annual business volume
  • Proven experience managing customer relationships and high-value accounts with average values between $65,000 and $100,000 preferred
  • Experience with international export shipping, including documentation and logistics requirements
  • Experience working with customs regulations and shipment clearance processes
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to change, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order entry and documentation
  • ERP sales order management experience required, with Navision or Oracle preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship management skills
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish required

Hiring Range: $22.00 - $35.75
