At Xylem, we solve water challenges that matter. To support our factory in Strzelin, we are looking for a Supplier Quality Supervisor who will lead a team of 4 people, 2 quality controller and 2 specialist level (SQE). This role will play a key role in building strong supplier quality while supporting manufacturing and sourcing projects.

Your role:

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 4 Supplier Quality specialists

• Lead supplier product and process verification within sourcing and development projects

• Perform supplier quality audits and support supplier approval activities

• Drive supplier quality improvement, including KPIs, PPAP, and corrective actions

• Support cost-saving and new product development projects as the quality representative

• Identify and recommend more efficient and cost-effective manufacturing solutions

• Manage critical supplier quality issues and coordinate incoming quality activities

• Promote accountability and support a strong quality culture

What we are looking for:

• University degree in Engineering or equivalent

• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality or engineering within a manufacturing environment

• Previous experience in leading or coordinating teams

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and technical drawings

• Lean / Six Sigma or Continuous Improvement experience is a plus

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills

• Ability to influence, coach, and work cross-functionally

• Good command of English

• Willingness to travel (approx. 5–25%) and valid driver’s license

• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
