About the Role

Responsible for executing transformation initiatives in relation to either a major activity such as a merger or acquisition or the ongoing improvement of effectiveness and efficiency of an AIA entity, a function, or a department

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the design and delivery of transformation initiatives across POS, contact center, claims, underwriting, and servicing
  • Contribute to the development of Life & Health ecosystem strategies that align operations with business goals and customer needs
  • Lead GenAI-driven initiatives to improve operational efficiency and customer experience
  • Partner with BAU teams to ensure seamless integration of transformation efforts into daily operations
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to identify opportunities and deliver measurable outcomes
  • Help optimize shared service models and operational structures across regional and local teams
  • Monitor and report on transformation progress, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives

Job Requirements:

  • Degree Holder
  • 8–15 years of experience in transformation roles, ideally within Life & Health insurance or consulting practice
  • Strong understanding of the Hong Kong insurance market and operational landscape
  • Hands-on experience with GenAI applications in business operations
  • Proven ability to work across BAU and transformation teams
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
