Seeking a highly motivated former consultant and an intellectually curious individual with strong communication skills to work on enterprise data and analytics, present projects and initiatives and become the bridge between our global leaders and the team.

Job Overview

Direct and manage project(s) and/or multi project programs, ensuring the quality of deliverables are completed on time. Ensure that all project work is completed in accordance with internal SOPs, policies, and practices.

Essential Functions

• Manage the scope of work, objectives, timelines, quality of deliverables, and all other project management activities for assigned project(s) and/or multi project program(s).

• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, ensuring appropriate communication channels are maintained and reporting schedules are adhered to.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans covering all phases of the project and associated deliverables.

• Review project scope; ensure adherence to internal change control processes.

• Oversee the maintenance of project management information and internal data tracking systems.

• Provide direction and coordination for project team members on project-related tasks to ensure milestones and deliverables are achieved.

• Identify, evaluate, and manage project risks; develop and implement quality and risk management plans to minimize impact on project objectives.

• Continually assess resource capacity and ensure adequate internal resources are available to meet project deliverables and milestones.

• Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives for assigned projects and project management processes.

• Contribute to internal planning activities, including providing input on scope, timelines, and budget assumptions for initiatives and proposals.

• Provide project management expertise, guidance, and mentoring to Project Manager(s) and contribute to training and capability building efforts.

• Act as a project management liaison across internal teams and functional groups to support alignment and successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree — Required

• 10 years of related experience, including at least 6 years of project management experience — Required

or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong problem solving and analytical skills

• Demonstrated ability to deliver results aligned to quality, cost, and timeline objectives

• Strong influencing, facilitation, and negotiation skills

• Proven team leadership and collaboration skills

• Strong internal stakeholder management capabilities

• Sound judgment and decision making skills

• Strong software and computer skills, including MS Office applications

• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and cross functional partner
