We’re looking for an Interim Product Design Manager to join our Wholesale team in Toronto or Montreal for a 12-month contract. The Product Design Manager is responsible for leading a team to deliver high-impact outcomes on complex projects; focusing on team performance, driving execution, improving processes, mentoring team members and partnering with leadership to shape key initiatives.
The Wholesale design team helps brands connect with buyers using Lightspeed NuORDER platform to showcase product catalogs and manage the ordering process. With Product Designers working to streamline the buyer experiences by using design systems to simplify browsing catalogs, selecting product sizes, and completing the working ordering process.

What you’ll be responsible for:
As a design leader, you're responsible for the collective performance and growth of your team—not just your own individual contributions. You'll be accountable for delivering high-quality design solutions that elevate the user experience across Retail products. Along the way, you’ll mentor and coach your team, foster their development, and build strong, collaborative relationships with partners in Product and Engineering.
