Summary: As a Business Analyst, you will analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to understand their needs, conducting thorough research to gather relevant information, and synthesizing this data to propose effective business solutions that align with the organization's goals and objectives. You will play a crucial role in defining the future state of the business and ensuring that the proposed solutions meet customer requirements while enhancing operational efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and ensure alignment among stakeholders. - Analyze and document business processes to identify areas for improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis. - Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and translate them into actionable requirements. - Experience with process mapping and modeling techniques. - Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
