The Sales Enablement Team is dedicated to providing top-notch sales enablement solutions. Our objective is to empower sales and sales operations teams with the tools and training necessary to drive success in the demanding market.
 

About the Role
 

The Sales Enablement intern reports to the Sales Enablement Manager. You will be responsible for assisting with maintaining our Sales Readiness Platform (LMS). You will also assist with training initiatives for our Sales and Sales Operations teams. Additional responsibilities may include content refreshes, training build assists, live training preparation and support, and special project support for the Sales Enablement Team.

The program runs from May 19, 2025, to July 25, 2025, and is open to junior students graduating in May 2026. This internship is based in Alpharetta, GA, with no relocation assistance provided.
 

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with setting due dates, reminders, and other settings for newly created training modules.

  • Coordinating content reviews to ensure recency and accuracy.

  • Updating sales collateral in our Learning Management system and maintaining the Learning Catalogue.

  • Contributing to the creation of new sales/sales operations collateral.

  • Maintaining the content repository and providing feedback on potential improvements.

  • Supporting special project initiatives for the Sales Enablement team and content development efforts for new hire onboarding, as needed.

  • Assisting in live training preparations and communications as needed.


Requirements

  • Be a current student pursuing a bachelor's in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Adult Education, or Project Management. Must be graduating in May 2026.

  • Experience in project management is advantageous.

  • Possess excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.

  • Demonstrate the ability to proofread, copy-edit content, and coordinate document refresh projects.

  • Have a basic understanding of relevant software and tools, such as Microsoft Office and Google Suite. Proficiency in performing desktop publishing functions to format production-ready files for distribution.

  • Be able to build solid relationships with personnel at all levels and have outstanding interpersonal and teamwork skills

  • Able to demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Be technically savvy with a willingness to become a Subject Matter Expert on our Sales Readiness Platform
