The position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration, contributing to the success of complex projects and organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology solutions with business objectives.
- Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities for process optimization.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Retail.
- Strong understanding of retail business processes and their integration with SAP solutions.
- Experience in analyzing system requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues within SAP for Retail environments.
- Familiarity with system development lifecycle methodologies and best practices.
- Effective communication skills to liaise between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in SAP for Retail.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
