WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Manage materials inventory and yard cleanup.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operate front-end loader for yard cleanup, loading vehicles, the plant and load dump truck with recycled material.
• De-slug ready-mix plant at end of day.
• Perform general cleanup of plant and yard, such as shoveling and sweeping.
• Perform metal fabrication for plant operations.
• Manage weir system including pumps and water systems.
• Manage incoming material flow. This includes aggregates, fibers, and admixtures. 
• Diagnose plant mechanical breakdowns and either repair or coordinate repairs as necessary.
• Maintain effective working relationships with company employees, suppliers, and customers. Promote and maintain the professional image and reputation of the company and ensure timely problem resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Other duties as assigned by the regional manager.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Operated a front-end loader and forklift.
• Read, write, and understand English.
• Apply common sense to carry out instructions, to deal with problems, to find source of the problem and correct the situation in a short amount of time.
• MNDOT Certification
• Concrete testing as needed.

Pay: $44.15 per hour
