As a Shift Lead at Black Rifle Coffee Company, you will be the front-line leader who ensures our operations run smoothly during your assigned shift. You’ll assist the General Manager by leading a motivated team, delivering top-notch customer service, managing inventory, and creating an environment where both customers and employees thrive.

What You'll Do:

• Deliver exceptional customer service that turns every visit into a memorable experience

• Oversee store operations during your shifts, including opening and closing duties

• Lead, coach, and motivate your team to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies

• Prepare quality beverages and food products to Black Rifle Coffee Company’s high standards

• Maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards to ensure a clean and safe environment

• Manage staff schedules for breaks and meals efficiently, ensuring smooth operations

• Respond proactively to customer needs and address any concerns, escalating issues to store management when necessary

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in quick-service restaurants (QSR), customer service, retail, or hospitality (preferred)

• 2+ years of retail supervisory experience (preferred)

• Strong leadership and communication skills with a passion for delivering an excellent customer experience

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and keep operations running smoothly in a fast-paced environment

• Experience in cash handling, safety, and security

• Proven track record of coaching and developing others

• Flexibility to work early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
