Summary:
As a Software Development Lead, you will engage in the development and configuration of software systems, either managing the entire process or focusing on specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your day will involve applying your extensive knowledge of various technologies and methodologies to support clients and projects effectively, ensuring that the software solutions meet the required standards and specifications. You will collaborate with team members to drive project success and facilitate communication across different departments, fostering a productive work environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- The Resource should have a good experiences as Business Consultant (preferably 12+ years), having strong experience in Salesforce Sales cloud
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall performance.
- Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to ensure timely delivery.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and Improve integration of 3rd party systems.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with integration of Salesforce Sales Cloud with other systems.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Familiarity with agile project management tools and techniques.
- Propose Data Controls and validations for Master data and transactional Data.
- Coordinate Interface development with other applications as well as troubleshooting
- Must have Interface development and Troubleshooting
- Must have skill to support to the UAT and bug fixing
- Prepare and manage Defect Tracker for E2E & UAT
- Oversee Regional strategy and Roadmap
- Drive the delivery of regional Information Technology (IT) to help optimize quality and cost-efficient business and operational outcomes
- Articulate strategy and new initiatives into actionable, sustainable and measurable plans
- Participate in IT Strategic Planning, project planning and budget planning efforts including managing the annual IT team Opex and Capex budget
- Co-create and demand shaping along with Business stakeholders
- Support Salesforce Tenant Administration
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
