PRIMARY FUNCTION:

The Marketing Specialist will play an integral role in implementing Warren Rupp’s strategic and tactical marketing initiatives. Partnering closely with cross-functional teams, this role will actively champion the Warren Rupp brands to generate high-quality leads. The ideal candidate brings a combination of creativity and technical aptitude, along with a genuine passion for marketing and a strong desire to deepen their expertise in our product portfolio. Core B2B and B2C responsibilities include producing and refining video content, managing social media channels, updating websites, designing and refreshing a wide range of marketing collateral, developing both short-form and long-form content, overseeing trade show assets, maintaining our digital asset management system, and more. This position will also serve as the primary point of contact for internal communications and campaigns.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support lead generation campaigns to create a stream of quality leads for our sales department.
• Create a library of videos to support marketing campaigns, training tools, and websites.
• Maintain Warren Rupp website and provide support for brand websites.
• Update Warren Rupp social media pages and provide support for brand social media pages.
• Assist with new product development introductions and product updates.
• Create, proofread and edit content for both technical (service manuals) and designed (flyers, catalogs) documents. 
• Content Creation (blogs, emails, internal and external communications).
• Conduct market research to understand trends and provide suggestions on future projects.
• Recommend and participate in continuous improvement projects to improve efficiencies.
• Trade Show and event planning

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Trade Show asset management
• Photography
• Surveys
• Product Information Management (PIM) updates
• Annual recurring projects such as distributor awards, sales meeting support, and more.
• Oversee brand promo stores
• Travel required up to 10% of the time

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or communications; or equivalent combination of education and 3-5 years of experience

EXPERIENCE

• Graphic Design - Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign) or similar
• Experience working in HubSpot or similar tool.
