Your responsibilities:

  • Full cycle of recruitment processes (job posting, search, filtering candidates, conducting interviews, setting up meetings, gathering feedback, checking references, keeping the database up to date, keeping candidates informed at all stages of the process, preparing job offers).​

  • Recruiting talents at all profiles and levels within the company including IT and technical roles.

  • Sourcing new candidates with the use of traditional and creative channels, including direct search.

  • Direct cooperation with Hiring Managers to maximize recruitment efforts and develop sourcing strategies.

  • Putting forward ideas and coordinating projects aimed at attracting the best talent, also through employer branding and various hiring initiatives.

Our requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in recruitment in SSC/BPO environment.

  • Experience in IT/technical recruitment.

  • Very good communication skills in English (min. C1).

  • Independence, excellent work organization, ability to work under time pressure.

  • Ability to work in a team.

  • Ability to use HR software (ideally Workday, LinkedIn).
