Summary:
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for servicing assigned book of accounts. This position is responsible for providing effective, accurate, courteous support to clients and colleagues.

Education and/or Experience Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent education required; insurance broker or active P&C license is required, 1-2 years of insurance industry and/or customer service experience preferred.
Computer Skills:
PC Skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook; Knowledge of Applied, EPIC Systems preferred.
Other Qualifications:
Must be organized, detail-oriented, able to multi-task and be efficient with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must also have the ability to work effectively with others. A positive, team-oriented attitude is necessary to effectively work with a large variety of personalities.
Work Environment:
This position operates in a professional office environment. Work is done in an air-conditioned, non-smoking office. Work stations are cubicles with moderately low sides.
Physical Demands:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The employee is frequently required to sit, stand and walk. Moderate stress due to high pace & daily challenges. High finger dexterity while perform data entry most of the time. Occasionally lift up to 20lbs.
