What You'll Bring:
You’ll be joining our Product Owner team who provide clear ownership of products and act as a primary contact point across internal stakeholders within TransUnion.
Day to Day You’ll Be:
- Product Ownership - Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all aspects of relevant product lines, handle queries and communication with stakeholders and translating high level vision (provided by Product Managers) into a clear set of requirements
- Act as an SME for a suite of products, services & data
- Creation, maintenance and documentation of functional and non-functional requirements
- Prioritisation and ongoing management of product backlog (including ensuring coverage and completeness) aligned to Roadmap
- Ensure adherence to Portfolio Development Lifecycle for all Product Developments
- Adherence to GDPR principles & UK regulatory requirements
- Production of Product Requirements Document and elaboration of user stories with an emphasis on delivering customer outcomes, value and benefits
- Definition of Sprint Goals and Define User Story Acceptance Criteria
- Prioritise work for and hold Delivery Teams accountable to ensure accurate and timely delivery of requirements via agreed Sprint Goals and adherence to agreed delivery schedule on Product Roadmaps
- Respond to client and internal product queries within SLA
- Manage and escalate risks appropriately in relation to relevant product line
- Act as the primary contact point across internal stakeholders for your product, including escalations
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Product Ownership
- Requirements Definition/ User Stories
- Stakeholder Management – able to present and translate detailed technical information and analysis in an easy to understand and concise manner to senior stakeholders
- Analytical and strategic thinking, complex problem solving
- Backlog prioritisation – ongoing management of product backlog aligned to Product Roadmap
- Interest in Technology & in driving a culture of innovation
Impact You'll Make:

• Proficient with process modelling tooling (e.g. Lucid Charts, Visio etc.)
This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
