About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking an Executive Assistant.


In this role, you will:

  • Participate in less complex administrative duties to one or more members of more experienced management and contribute to the overall effectiveness of team
  • Identify opportunities for improving or implementing processes and tools within executive business management functional group
  • Assist with compilation of research, budget, and statistical data for financial planning initiative
  • Establish and implement office procedures and controls, handle most sensitive customer issues and confidential correspondence
  • Present recommendations for resolving more complex situations and exercise some independent judgment while developing understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Interact with shareholders, regulatory agents, media, and internal and external customers.


Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Executive Administration experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.


Desired Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Administration or Business Management experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Experience providing support to senior level executives and able to face off across multiple lines of business and wider senior leaders
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to think logically and consider alternatives to provide practical solutions based on a broad understanding of relevant factors
  • Dynamic, highly motivated, target oriented and professionally committed, at all times
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and use initiative
  • Ability to work under conflicting priorities and pressures; role often requires a high degree of flexibility and re-prioritization at short notice
  • Proven track record for consistently meeting and exceeding goals and delivering a superior level of job performance
  • Extensive experience to an advanced level of using all Microsoft Office applications e.g. PowerPoint for complex presentations, Outlook for managing multiple diaries, Excel, Word, and conference tools like MS Teams & Zoom
  • Experience working in a complex multinational organization
  • Resilient, proactive, and hands-on with a can-do attitude
  • Meticulous approach with a high attention to detail
  • Experience with minute taking & reviewing board / committee materials with executive.

Job Expectations:

  • Qualified candidate will comply with in-office expectation policy of three days per week (at a minimum) in the office.
  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship 
  • Relocation assistance in not available for this position.

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.

$50.00 - $80.77
