The ideal candidate will partner closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to drive technical decisions across our mobile and web applications, while building scalable backend services that support a seamless member experience. This role will also play a key part in mentoring engineers, elevating development practices, and exploring how AI-powered tools and automation can accelerate innovation across the organization.
