Northrop Grumman Space Systems has an opening for a DevStar Software and Technical Integration Manager 3 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Roy, Utah and supporting the Sentinel program.
What You’ll Get To Do:
As the DevStar SW and Integration Manager, you will lead a team of approximately 30-50 systems engineers, software engineers, and project managers across multiple domains and disciplines. The successful candidate should be detailed oriented, be able to work collaboratively with multiple teams and disciplines, and be able to communicate clearly with DevStar leadership and external customers.
The selected candidate will provide technical project leadership to drive Weapon System software build promotion, deployment, and integration across multiple sub-teams. The candidate will be expected to lead the planning, execution, architecture and configuration management of Weapon System Software. The selected candidate will create a culture of well-being, inclusion and engagement that attracts, retains and enables a high performing workforce.

This position’s standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.

Salary Range: $156,000.00 - $234,000.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
