Job Responsibilities:

The Global Supply Management (GSM) team at Micron is looking for a dynamic individual for the role of the Customer Service Level Analyst. As a Customer Service Level Analyst, you will support teams within the Global Supply Chain and Sales Business Unit. You must have strong analytical and collaboration skills to manage service level monitoring, support teams in achieving goals, and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Support teams within the Global Supply Chain and Sales Business Unit to manage service level monitoring.
  • Capture action items from the CBR Scorecard Review and Customer Ranking Survey Sessions. Ensure customer feedback is actioned and internal metrics are adhered by the concerned teams within  GSC
  • Regularly update IPP GSC Goals for the Global Supply Chain.
  • Review, update, and communicate policies related to Demand Prioritization and Stated Lead Time (SLT).
  • Administer and maintain the Tableau Dashboard for accurate data visualization and decision-making.
  • Perform User Acceptance Testing for system improvements, enabling IT enhancements to the production environment.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer service or supply chain management.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Collaborative team player with experience working with multi-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with data analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI, SQL) is essential.

Education:

  • Bachelors/Master’s in industrial engineering, or in analytics or Supply Chain/Operations
  • APICS Certified will be an added advantage

Work Location: Hyderabad (4 days from office and 1 day remote

Shift: 2 – 11 PM
