The anticipated pay range for this role is as follows:$22.00 Hourly

JOB SUMMARY: Performs custodial and light maintenance duties throughout the division.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

1. Empties trash containers.

2. Cleans parking lot and truck loading areas.

3. Replaces bulbs in light fixtures.

4. Performs minor plumbing responsibilities.

5. Ensures aluminum, plastic containers and waste paper are recycled.

6. Cleans and lubricates overhead doors and loading dock plates.

7. Operates hydraulic press uses for bailing of corrugated materials.

8. Performs landscaping duties to include mulching, seeding, bed edging, pruning, fertilizing, mowing, planting and snow removal.

9. Sweeps, vacuums, washes and waxes floors.

10.Cleans and maintains cafeteria, break room, bathrooms, customer service area, lobby and general offices.

11.Paints traffic marking, doors, walls, conveyors, racking, etc.

12.Maintains current Owens and Minor drivers file for van deliveries.

13.Performs acid etching and sealing of concrete floors.
