Summary:
As a Delivery Operations Representative, you will be responsible for delivering or supporting the delivery of contracts and programs. Your typical day will involve assigning and managing work assignments for the contract team, ensuring that service delivery meets quality standards while managing costs effectively. You will engage with various stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations and address any challenges that arise during the delivery process, ensuring that all objectives are met efficiently and effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
- Strong understanding of supply chain management processes.
- Experience with SAP integration and configuration.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
