The Opportunity
We are recruiting for a fast-paced Customer Service Representative with superb communication skills to support our medical devices customer service team in our lovely Solihull office.
What You’ll Do
Receive & process all hospital orders within daily deadlines including invoice management
Handle customer complaints
Internal stakeholder management
Follow up on pricing discrepancies
Issuance of required credit notes for returns and complaints within the official procedural deadlines
Liaise with approved logistic partners
Actively participate in any required product tracking research when required
PER (Product Event Reporting) processing and follow up in collaboration with Territory Managers
Manage busy queries & orders mailbox
What You'll Need:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Prior experience in a customer service/sales advisor role would be ideal, but we are open to hearing from enthusiastic candidates without this experience
Expertise knowledge of SAP ideal
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Team player
Customer and service oriented
Good organization ability
Good communication skills for internal and external contacts
Positive reaction to working in a “deadline driven" environment
