Position Responsibilities:

  • Effectively manage incoming driver requests and provide timely assistance with driver inquiries.
  • Open and manage daily repair orders while coordinating directly with technicians to facilitate repairs as needed; basic mechanical knowledge is preferred.
  • Maintain working knowledge of Transman systems; experience with VRMS coding is a plus.
  • Demonstrate a courteous, professional, and positive attitude with strong communication skills, as effective communication is essential.
  • Successfully multitask and maintain a high level of organization in a fast-paced shop environment.
  • Utilize computer systems proficiently and maintain accurate typing and data entry skills.
  • Complete required documentation and reporting in a timely manner, including DOT inspection reports and violation documentation.
  • Consistently meet commitments, deadlines, and performance expectations.

Compensation:

  • Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications.

Due to the collaborative nature of the work environment, the spontaneous need for idea generation and execution, and the potential for expedited remediations, responses, or information gathering, in-person, in-office attendance is an essential function of this position.
