Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will engage in the development and configuration of software systems, either managing the entire process or focusing on specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your day will involve applying your expertise in various technologies and methodologies to support clients and projects, ensuring that the software solutions meet the required standards and specifications. You will collaborate with team members to drive project success and facilitate effective communication across different departments, contributing to a cohesive work environment. Roles & Responsibilities: • Design and develop data pipelines and workflows using BIOVIA Pipeline Pilot to automate scientific data processing and integration. • Collaborate with IT, laboratory, and business teams to integrate Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), and other digital lab platforms with BIOVIA applications. • Analyze business and scientific requirements and translate them into scalable, compliant, and traceable digital solutions that optimize lab and R&D operations. • Configure and customize BIOVIA OneLab and Pipeline Pilot environments, including development of methods, protocols, and user interfaces to enhance digital lab workflows. • Ensure data integrity and compliance throughout the data lifecycle across lab and enterprise systems. • Provide documentation, change management, and user training for newly deployed digital solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE Biovia. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies. - Experience with system integration and configuration. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve software issues effectively. - Familiarity with project management tools and practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE BIOVIA. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15-year full time education is required.
