Job Description
This is a temporary position with a duration of 2 years.
Responsible for conducting water and air leak test analysis
What You’ll Do?
Responsible for developing Vehicle Program Quality Plan which includes all metrics of Voice of Customer (VOC), Initial, Long Term and Design Quality. Also responsible for monitoring progress to meet quality goals through common global process assessments, facilitating rapid containment of issues, installation of countermeasures and Leadership concerns, if required, to ensure Quality targets are on track. A considerable amount of creativity and initiative is necessary, as well as a high level of independent discernment.
Key Job Elements:
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, or any related engineering field; or relevant experience.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role within the automotive industry, preferably with exposure to assembly or body shop operations.
Strong knowledge of problem‑solving methodologies and data analysis tools.
Knowledge of PFMEA
Fluent English, with the ability to maintain technical conversations.
Preferred: Six Sigma knowledge.
Preferred: Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Preferred experience with 2D/3D design software such as SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
