We are seeking a talented individual to join our Rewards team at Mercer Malaysia. This role will be based in our Pavilion Damansara Corporate Towers, Kuala Lumpur office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working as per respective team's arrangement.

A team in Rewards within a Human Resource Consulting firm is responsible for designing and implementing compensation and benefits programs for clients.
They analyze market data and industry trends to develop competitive salary structures and incentive plans.
The team also provides guidance on employee recognition programs and helps clients ensure their rewards strategies align with their overall business objectives.
We will count on you to:
Deliver high quality survey products independently on schedule with necessary direction.
Maintain & to build strong client relationships with key accounts and/or assigned industries.
Interpret survey findings to client and provide appropriate and tailor-made solutions to address specific client needs.
Continuously accumulate deep knowledge in assigned industry(s) or market and to be ready as an industry or market expert of the team.
Participate in integrated consulting projects as a module owner as appropriate with standard technical contents.
Provide support to Senior Consultants where required while ensure adherence to policies and procedures as per organization’s standards and SOPs
What you need to have:
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
Experienced in Consulting or HR related roles
Proficient in using MS Office Application, especially Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented to comprehend and summarize appropriate information
Able to network and present pitch to key stakeholders in large organizations
