Department

Facility Team belong to Facility Team and conduct regular inspections, maintenance, managing contractors, order placement of works, and create a plan of facility maintenance for overall mechanical equipment installed in the premises (the work related to heat source equipment, air-conditioning unit, plumbing and sanitary equipment, disaster prevention facility, etc, ).

Key Responsibilities

Maintenance and appropriate operational management for mechanical equipment of facility and overall building To conduct regular round for inspection and maintenance To consider specification of work, schedule, order placement, verifying quotation and negotiation, and execute those actual work with site supervisor Planning for inspection, preventive maintenance, repair, medium-to-long term maintenance, and cost management Management of contractors (each of building maintenance vendor) To play a role as a contact person with governmental authorities and submitting application Handling emergency failure of the facility Coordination with related individuals internally

  • To conduct maintenance, repair work, and investment with the consideration of safety, quality, and cost balance

  • Constantly suggest any improvement of work, and act proactively

  • To establish trustful relationship with co-workers internally and with vendors externally, to execute work cooperatively

  • To conduct work in a manner that meets compliance such as legal standard or company rule

  • Always be conscious of speed of work, relevant report and consultation.

  • Excellent communication skill, and be able to proceed work in a productive manner

  • Not only just insisting on theory or denial, but being able to make himself act promptly

  • Always be conscious of making improvement, find problems, and seek the cause, take measure, and make decision

  • Stay calm and reasonable, and act appropriately under circumstance of problematic situation

  • Utilizing people, goods, and money effectively to achieve the maximum outcome

  • Person with broad perspective and curiosity, who can act proactively to gain necessary information to utilise it for the work

  • Be independent

Qualifications

  • Experience of actual work for mechanical equipment maintenance or work management in theme park, leisure industry, or commercial facilities

  • Experience of work order management

  • Experience of construction management at site

  • Being able to understand the basic drawing for mechanical equipment and experience of inspection and quick repairment by himself

  • Experience of creating preventive maintenance plan of facility would be preferable

  • License of aerial work station would be preferable

  • The license for building mechanical and electrical engineer, plumbing work management engineer, or defense equipment officer would be preferable

  • Strong Japanese skills is essential. English communication skill would be preferable

  • Regular driver’s license


Terms and Conditions

Variable work hours per year (approx. 37.5 hours per week / max. 40 hours per week)

  • The work may involve standing, light work, or outdoor work throughout the day, excluding breaks.

  • Shifts are scheduled on a monthly basis.

  • Shifts are scheduled by early shift and late shift

  • Weekend and evening work may be required.

  • Work on weekends, holidays, and during peak season (year-end and New Year's holidays, Golden Week, and Obon)
