We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented PR Executive to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting the development and execution of public relations strategies, managing media activities, and creating high-quality content to enhance brand visibility and reputation. 
 
Key Responsibilities: 

• Assist in the development and execution of comprehensive PR plans across various media channels, including print, online, and broadcast.  

• Create and edit PR content, including press releases, media advisories, articles, and thought leadership pieces in line with campaign objectives and brand voice.  

• Coordinate with media partners, journalists, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of PR materials.  

• Monitor media coverage and compile post-campaign reports with key insights and performance metrics.  

• Translate documents and PR materials between English and Vietnamese (and vice versa) with high accuracy and consistency in tone.  

• Support the preparation of proposals, meeting minutes, and other client-facing documents.  

• Manage PR documentation and ensure timely processing of paperwork related to campaigns and media partnerships.  

• Stay updated on media trends and actively contribute creative ideas to strengthen PR strategies and outreach efforts.  
   

Job Requirements: 

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Public Relations, communications, or related fields.  

• Strong writing and editing skills in both Vietnamese and English, with the ability to craft compelling PR content (e.g. press releases, articles, and media pitches).  

• Proven experience working with media outlets, journalists, or publishers.  

• Solid understanding of the media landscape and PR best practices.  

• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.  

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.  

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with media monitoring or PR tools is a plus.
