Role and Responsibilities

We are looking for a Logistics Jr Manager to be part of our Logistics Brazil Team and will be responsible for warehouse operations.

Key Job Responsibilities

·        Lead performance meetings with the team.

·        Lead performance meetings with providers.

·        Ensure labor planning.

·        Ensure logistics cost control.

·        Ensure monthly forecast calibration.

·        Ensure compliance with safety standards.

·        Ensure compliance with the quality policy.

·        Disclosure to the team and monitoring of the company's main indexes (KPI's).

·        Manage improvement projects in operating systems.

·        Ensure accuracy in official inventories.

·        Ensure collection of burdens and bonuses.

·        Deal with delivery occurrences with customers.

·        Improve performance indicators.

·        Improve cost reduction actions.

·        Include KPIs monitoring.

·        Manage abnormal inventory.

·        Manage inventory accuracy.

·        Manage monthly forecast.

·        Improve WH operational issues.

Requirements:

• Requires a minimum of 3-5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Microsoft Office advanced.
• High communication ability and capable to adapt.
• Languages: Advanced English is nice to have.

Preferred:

•              Experience in systems WMS, SAP, TOTVS.
