Job Description:
Direct the tactical and operational activities of the Quality team.
Develop, evaluate, implement, and maintain technical quality assurance and control plans standards pertaining to materials, techniques, processes and products.
Ensure total product integrity by providing strategic leadership in establishing a common quality vision, culture, structure, management system, and process.
Oversee complex technical projects that drive change to product design and/or manufacturing processes. Plan, manage, and oversee the design and implementation of quality measurement programs tailored to identify daily reporting issues and associated controls.
Facilitate continuous improvement and lead the planning and execution of audit (e.g., ISO) programs to monitor performance and ensure overall compliance.
Strong at 8D – Root cause analysis; Lean management; ISO certified audits; Redressal of field complaints and customer complaints Partner with supply chain and manufacturing to develop and implement a supplier qualification and performance management process to ensure consistent quality levels
Supervise a team of members and guide them in the journey to achieve operational and corporate targets
Provides ongoing training and education to the team to ensure its ability to execute on the Company and team goals and objectives.
Builds a strong development team by ensuring effective coaching and counseling employees, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
