We are seeking a Director of Food & Beverage to lead a dynamic, multi-venue dining program. This role oversees Dining Services leadership and partners closely with Culinary teams to deliver exceptional food quality, innovative seasonal menus, and memorable dining experiences. The Director will be responsible for all food and beverage operations across multiple on-site restaurants, driving service excellence, operational performance, and resident satisfaction while supporting flexible meal plans, chef-driven concepts, and made-to-order dining options.

How you will make an impact

  • Lead all food and beverage operations across multiple dining venues, ensuring exceptional service, high-quality dining experiences, operational excellence, and resident satisfaction.
  • Direct and develop Dining Services teams through effective leadership, training, coaching, and collaboration with Culinary partners to deliver chef-driven menus, seasonal offerings, and continuous service improvement.
  • Oversee departmental financial performance, including budget accountability, labor management, food and per-meal costs, financial reporting, and implementation of effective cost-control measures.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations while maintaining accurate accounting practices, operational standards, and performance metrics.
  • Evaluate and enhance programs, purchasing, operations, and personnel performance through data-driven decision-making, resident feedback analysis, and strategic action planning.

Compensation:

  • Commensurate with experience starting at $115,000.00 per year, plus eligibility for annual bonus

What you will need 

  • Minimum of 7 years restaurant or food service management experience including production, service, sanitation, training and education is required.
  • Serve Safe Certified obtained within 6 months of employment. Additional certifications are required by federal, state, and/or local regulations.
