Summary:
As a Technology Delivery Lead, you will oversee the execution of large and intricate technology projects, ensuring that they align with the established frameworks. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to manage project scope and risks effectively. You will focus on driving profitability and success by maintaining high service quality and cost management. Additionally, you will proactively support sales initiatives through innovative solutions and excellence in delivery, ensuring that all project objectives are met while fostering a collaborative team environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate regular team meetings to ensure alignment and address any challenges.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Document and Reporting Compliance.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
- Strong understanding of compliance regulations and reporting standards.
- Ability to analyze project requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
- Experience in stakeholder management and effective communication.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP Document and Reporting Compliance.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
