Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as an interface with a customer sub-group within a business unit or functional area such as Supply Chain, Planning, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Logistics and Finance for the purpose of business technology alignment, solution discovery, service management, project portfolio management and relationship management.
  • Ensure specific project and program objectives are defined for areas of responsibility and that necessary preliminary activities (e.g. stakeholder communication plan, determination of outcomes, milestones, viability studies, and resource planning, among others) are completed to allow for effectiveness and focus during later stages of completion.
  • Ensure all projects and programs assigned are completed in accordance with predetermined requirements, with specific attention to product/process specifications, project/program costs, resource utilization, and timeliness for completion.
  • Ensure all phases of assigned projects are documented, and that information required in other functional areas is reported, disseminated, or transferred, as appropriate. 
  • Serve as a team lead on larger, complex and/or cross functional projects and initiatives.
  • Identify and execute continuous improvement projects for existing systems.
  • Maintain reporting and dashboards for program/project execution, resourcing spend, vendor spend, and project budgets.
  • Participate in new technology evaluations.  Follow the latest technological developments and industry trends.
  • Analyze business requirements or issues, converts analysis to functional specifications, and designs solutions to meet cross functional business requirements or resolve issues.
  • Prepare, lead, and execute software application testing (functional unit, integration, performance, regression and acceptance).
  • Prepare for and manage simple to complex system cutover and data migration/conversion.
  • Adhere to and guide junior staff and contingent workers to adhere to GIS project management, software application development, testing, service management, change management and other relevant processes, standards, governance and controls.

Functional Knowledge

  • Demonstrate general conceptual and practical expertise in Source to Pay processes and systems (e.g. Supplier Management, Sourcing, Contracting, Purchasing and/or Supplier Collaboration).
  • Demonstrate at least basic knowledge of other Supply Chain related processes and systems (e.g. Production Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, Intercompany and/or Finance).
  • Experience in evaluating, designing, and/or implementing capabilities that leverage Artificial Intelligence and/or Robotic Process Automation.  Preferably with Source to Pay and/or integrated Supply Chain processes.
  • Technical and/or implementation experience with SAP ECC, Ariba, other modules within the SAP ecosystem (e.g. APO), Ivalua and/or Kinaxis is preferred.

  • Has knowledge of Supply Chain best practices; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market.
  • Has knowledge of best practices in Artificial Intelligence and/or Robotic Process Automation technologies; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market.

U.S. Salary Range:

$96,000.00 - $132,000.00

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
